JENNIFER LOPEZ will probably sleep a little easier tonight. A judge just banned hours of home videos of her from being used in her ex-husband Ojani Noa’s new film. The judge blocked him from using any of the footage of the star from back when they were married in the late ’90s.

The judge, James Chalfant, said (via Us magazine): “They may not publish it for any reason. Anywhere, anytime, anyhow…without further court order. If they do, they go to jail.”

The ban’s just temporary, though, and the songstress’ lawyer plans to go back to court to make the order permanent. Noa allegedly plans to fight the decision.

The videos are “private and personal,” but they’re not as steamy as some people originally claimed. There’s apparently no nudity, and there’s no sex tape, according to JLo’s lawyer. “They are innocent and they have been misrepresented…to increase value and media attention,” the attorney said.
