Kids With Strong Opinions Inc. a local non-profit (501c3) organization partnered with YOUNG JEEZY and his “Street Dreamz” Foundation to host the Inaugural “A Day of Giving Thanks” Events. This year 26 qualifying students were chosen to participate in this program based on recommendation from school Administrators, based on their class participation, grades, behavior and financial needs.

These organizations hope that participation in this program will provide these students with tremendous opportunities which will reward them for their success and achievements in school.

On November 24, 2009 kids and their families received a turkey dinner as a welcomed acceptance of their Thanksgiving Day celebration.

On November 26, 2009, students and their families will be treated to an evening of basketball “A Night Out with the Hawks” with Kids With Strong Opinions and Young Jeezy “Street Dreamz” Foundation and the Atlanta Hawks.

“I am thankful to be able to stay apart of our youth today and the direction that they may choose to pursue. To me, the success behind being Young Jeezy, behind the fame is being able to take time out and help the less fortunate when I am able to”, said Young Jeezy.
